The moodmap App: Innerwork, Driving Transformation
Sustainability lies in the individual and in collaboration
That’s why the new moodmap app supports both: the personal development of individuals within a team or organization and their day-to-day collaboration—in a concrete, continuous, and effective way.
After all, a workshop can provide important inspiration. However, lasting change only occurs when people continue to work on these areas in their daily lives: their stress patterns, their self-management, and the way they interact with others.
Understanding what moves us
The process begins with the scientifically based moodmap Check. It reveals what motivates a person, how they perceive and act, and what behavioural patterns emerge under pressure.
The personalised results are presented clearly and without judgement. They do not show rigid types, but rather a dynamic map of one’s own personality.
You’ll discover:
- what motivates and empowers you
- how you tend to perceive, communicate and act
- what happens to you under pressure
- which stress patterns may be holding you back in your development
- how you can deal with these dynamics more consciously
This creates clarity about yourself – as a starting point for genuine self-leadership.
Integrating inner work into everyday life
With the new moodmap app, personal development doesn’t stop at self-awareness.
Over a period of nine to twelve weeks, users can work daily on their inner stability and personal stress patterns. Short, practical exercises can be integrated directly into everyday life, making personal development a continuous experience.
To this end, the app offers two intensive training programmes:
Mental Health Programme
A nine-week mindfulness programme with three different exercises per day.
The programme helps you regulate your nervous system, deal with stress more mindfully and strengthen your emotional and mental stability.
Ghost Training
A nine-week self-coaching programme for consciously managing your personal moodmap stress patterns – our nine ‘ghosts’.
You’ll learn to recognise your automatic reactions sooner, interrupt them and develop new ways of responding. Not against yourself, but with greater awareness, clarity and self-management.
Making collaboration visible and influenceable
The moodmap app doesn’t just focus on the self.
It also illustrates what happens between people: different ways of perceiving things, needs, reactions and potential sources of tension in teamwork.
This makes it clear:
- why people experience the same situation differently
- how misunderstandings and tensions arise
- what dynamics come into play under pressure
- what skills and potential exist within the team
- how collaboration can be shaped more consciously
Diversity is not merely described. It becomes understandable, discussable and actively usable.
The digital foundation for sustainable development
The moodmap app brings together three interrelated aspects of change processes:
Personal development
People gain a better understanding of themselves and take responsibility for their stress patterns and behaviour.
Better collaboration
Differences and potential sources of tension become apparent and can be addressed consciously.
Cultural development
When many people strengthen their self-management and interpersonal skills, the way an organisation communicates, makes decisions and works together also changes.
In this way, the app becomes the digital foundation for inner work, better collaboration and a healthy, high-performing culture.
After all, transformation is not achieved through new structures alone. It is driven by people who are willing and able to reflect on and develop their own behaviour.
moodmap in the development process
The standard price for the moodmap Check in the App Store is 89 euros; Mental Health and Ghost Training each cost 390 euros for one year’s use.
As part of support provided by certified moodmap navigators, as well as our leadership, team and organisational development programmes, the Check is available for €40.
The nine-week training programmes are also available to participants in our supported development processes at significantly reduced rates.
In this way, personal development, collaborative learning and tangible change in everyday working life are all intertwined.
